How can you help me?

We support people experiencing domestic abuse by helping them understand their options and guiding them through the next steps. Our team is here to listen, offer practical support, and help you feel safer.

I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing is abuse. Can I still get in touch?

Yes. You don't need to be certain before reaching out. If something doesn't feel right or you're worried about your situation, we're here to listen without judgement and help you understand your options.

What happens after I make a referral?

Once we receive your referral, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible. They'll talk through your situation, answer your questions, and explain the support available.

Can someone else make a referral for me?

Yes. A friend, family member, support worker, or another trusted person can make a referral on your behalf if you're unable to do it yourself.

Do I have to leave my home to get support?

No. Every situation is different. Our team will discuss your circumstances and help you explore the options that are right for you.

Will my information be kept private?

Yes. We treat your information with care and respect. We will only share details when it is necessary to help keep you or someone else safe.

Can I contact you even if the abuse happened a while ago?

Yes. Whether you're experiencing abuse now or it happened in the past, you can still reach out. It's never too late to ask for support.
