Who We Are

About Us

CDA has been supporting people affected by domestic abuse with fast protection, practical guidance, and compassionate care. We stand alongside survivors every step of the way, helping them move towards a safer future.

Our Story

Helping Victims Since 2020

The Centre for Domestic Abuse, known as CDA, was set up in November 2020 because abuse at home was rising, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. We saw how badly people needed help, so we set out to give victims real protection and the support they need to take their lives back.

CDA has two goals. The first is to help lower the number of domestic abuse cases in our society. The second is to make sure survivors are never left without support at the moment they need it most. We believe that no one should have to live in fear because of abuse, and we stand firmly against it in every form.

Our hope is to build a society where domestic abuse is never accepted. Together, we give victims a voice, and we work towards a safer and fairer future for everyone.
